About the role
Temporary full-time opportunity to deliver high-quality project, administrative, and executive support, contributing to the effective coordination of programs and activities within the Jamieson Trauma Institute (JTI), while providing confidential support to senior staff.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide support various programs of work within JTI to enable delivery of program outputs and deliverables within specific timeframes.
- Establish and maintain positive, effective and proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing high level liaison, and supporting consultation and negotiations within parameters determine by Program Leads.
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of contemporary management reporting systems that provide timely, accurate and reliable information to management on current and emerging issues and trends, including reporting against agreed KPIs, in accordance with business processes and audit compliance processes.
- Coordinate and manage the workload priorities of the Team through correspondence management including appropriate tracking and deadline monitoring systems.
