Your new role:

Join the Southern Moreton Bay Islands Community Partnership Service and play a key role in delivering efficient, professional administrative support to a collaborative healthcare team.

  • Provide high-level administrative support including email management, reporting, data entry, travel coordination and general office duties
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and maintain action registers and project tracking documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering professional and confidential support to staff and stakeholders
  • Assist with monitoring project deliverables, maintaining databases, and supporting day-to-day operational activities across the service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and use initiative to achieve outcomes
