About the Role
This position is responsible for the provision of efficient and effective administrative duties within a statewide multidisciplinary team environment, consisting of medical and other professionals.
- You will have demonstrated high standard of clerical, administrative and secretarial support to senior managerial positions, with a strong emphasis on ensuring service delivery.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills, strong, sophisticated written skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with clients and staff at all levels of the organisation. Proficiency or ability to rapidly acquire skills in the use of multiple Clinical Information systems utilised for administrative purposes.
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision, make considered decisions, meet deadlines and prioritise workload to ensure operational effectiveness and service delivery.
- You will have an understanding of compliance with Queensland Health or CHQ Policies and Procedures for use in the preparation of documentation and delivery of administration duties or ability to rapidly acquire same.
- A proven team player, with initiative, drive and a willingness to go above and beyond in order to achieve organisational success and service delivery to the patients of Children's Health Queensland.
