About the role
Fixed-term temporary part-time opportunity to deliver clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, to consumers of Queensland Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Under direction and supervision, perform a defined range of clinical assessment and treatment tasks within the scope of practice as delegated/allocated by the supervising allied health professional / Health Practitioner in accordance with Department work unit guidelines, professional and ethical standards, and relevant Queensland Health policies.
- Work cooperatively and effectively through active participation in multidisciplinary teams and with patients / clients, their families, carers, and other relevant stakeholders to provide high quality patient and family centred care and positively influence the team's culture.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, information systems (statistics collection, quality and activity data) and medical records that align with Departmental, Unit and Health Service documentation guidelines.
