Your new role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist in Women's, Men's & Pelvic Health, you will deliver advanced clinical services within the QEII Jubilee Hospital Physiotherapy Outpatient Department, supporting both primary and secondary contact pathways.
- Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based assessment and treatment for complex pelvic floor conditions across women's, men's and pelvic health streams, including persistent pelvic pain, functional bowel disorders, prolapse and incontinence
- Manage referrals from Gynaecology, Urogynaecology, Urology, Colorectal and Breast Cancer Services, exercising independent clinical judgement in a busy outpatient environment
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and research activities to enhance pelvic health physiotherapy services
- Provide supervision, education and support to HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants, acting as a clinical reference point within the team
About you:
You are a collaborative and highly skilled clinician with a passion for delivering exceptional pelvic health physiotherapy services and contributing to a positive, high‑performing team culture.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in women's, men's and pelvic health physiotherapy, including vaginal and rectal examinations and management of complex pelvic floor presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high‑level clinical advice, work effectively within interprofessional teams and manage challenging or sensitive situations with professionalism
- Proven ability to prioritise, manage and coordinate complex caseloads in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring safe, patient‑centred and culturally respectful care
- Experience in supervising and supporting junior staff and students, and a commitment to continuous improvement through service development, quality initiatives and evidence‑based practice
