Your opportunity:
- The primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager - Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) role is to lead and manage a complex, large-scale FF&E program for FF&E requirements for the new Bundaberg Hospital project (NBHP) and other major capital works within Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS). In fulfilling the role, the FF&E Manager will assist the Project Director in ensuring that WBHHS's requirements and responsibilities in regard to the identification, specification, selection and commissioning of equipment for major capital projects are met.
The role will:
- Work collaboratively with Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ), consultants and key stakeholders to establish management processes and systems that facilitate the identification, selection and commissioning of FF&E to ensure contemporary clinical service delivery.
- Ensure the FF&E components of the project within NBHP responsibility are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Provide a point of contact and co-ordination between WBHHS new Bundaberg Hospital project team, HIQ, Managing Contractors and their design teams and WBHHS's clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure specific requirements for major capital works can be met through the provision of appropriate FF&E.
Temporary Full Time (76 hrs p.f.) from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $187,650 p.a., comprising salary between $155,432 - $164,467 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hrs p.f., from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
