About us:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate digital health training sessions using diverse and flexible training methods in a variety of contexts (i.e. at the elbow, virtual, web-based, group forums)
- Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resources management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
- As part of a multidisciplinary team, collaboratively design and develop training materials (eg. curriculum, session plans, participant workbooks, user manuals, quick reference guides, promotional material, on-line platforms and videos) specific to digital health clinical systems to enable flexible delivery methods that are based on clinical workflows, roles and evidence-based
- Operate with a high level of autonomy as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve work targets with limited supervision.
- Provide Hotline support and deliver assistance or escalate when appropriate.
