As Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) of Operating Theatre & Renal Unit, you will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Consultants to provide nursing leadership across both areas, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective use of resources within a strong safety and quality framework. The role oversees a 24-hour operating theatre service (including on-call, CSSD, elective surgery, endoscopy, visiting specialists, and waitlist management) alongside a Renal & Day-Oncology Unit providing haemodialysis for up to 17 clients and chemotherapy and telehealth services for a small oncology cohort.
