Your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to join the Logan Community Care Unit (CCU), delivering high-quality clinical and psychosocial rehabilitation services within a recovery-focused multidisciplinary environment. You will:
- Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention and rehabilitation services to adults with complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery planning, discharge coordination and consumer-centred care.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives and the advancement of best-practice psychology services within Logan CCU.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychologist with strong clinical capability and a passion for community mental health and rehabilitation. You have:
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex psychology services within mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound clinical judgement and support high-quality patient outcomes.
- Experience providing supervision, mentoring or training to clinicians, students or support staff, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

About Logan CCU
Logan CCU is a community-based residential mental health facility for adults with mental illness who are in recovery, and require additional support and life skills to successfully transition to independent living. The service aims to promote an individual's recovery from mental illness by providing opportunities that maximise their strengths and potential. The multidisciplinary team supports residents to increase their capacity and confidence to function within the community. The facility comprises 15 one-bedroom units and a shared communal area.
