Your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to support the delivery of person-centred mental health care within the Logan Central Continuing Care Team. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to high-quality clinical outcomes within a multidisciplinary community setting.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care and support patients with complex mental health needs
- Assist with care planning, clinical assessments, documentation and evaluation of patient outcomes
- Prepare and administer intramuscular depot injections within the community clinic environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, recovery-focused and person-centred car
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality mental health care and contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as an Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated ability, or willingness to develop skills, in mental health assessment and care planning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centred and empathetic approach
- Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice and maintaining safe clinical standards
