The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Officer (Numinbah Offender Health Service) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide efficient administrative, general reception and/or secretarial support to the team
- Accurately enter data into various systems including patient information
- Exhibit high level of organisational and prioritisation skills including the ability to work autonomously
- Action weekly data quality audit reports within the required time frames
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Permanent part time (45.6 hours per fortnight)
- Base salary ranging from $39.98 - $44.46 per hour
About Us
The Numinbah Offender Health Service is a part of the Gold Cost Hospital and Health Service that is managed by Mental Health and Specialist Services.
Numinbah Offender Health Services is situated in the Numinbah Correctional Centre and is a low secure facility for approximately 110 women prisoners. Offender Health Services determine offender health needs and develop and implement offender health care plans based on those needs in collaboration with others. The team provides a primary health care to the women prisoners as well as acts as first responders in emergencies.
