About the role
Fixed term temporary part-time opportunity to provide a focal point for patient and public contact to assist with enquires.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Public Service and the Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) values.
- Provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative support to staff and members of the Oncology Clinical Trials Unit (I-CARE) in terms of research secretariat functions.
- Manage and coordinate administrative activities and resources in the centre in consultation with the Business Manager and Operations Manager to suit the changing priorities of the centre.
- Carry out financial duties including, but not limited to, generating and processing payments for internal and external expenditures, processing staff expense and petty cash claims.
