Exciting opportunities are currently available for an experienced Recreational Officers (Diversional Therapists) to join the Short Term Transition Team at the Palm Lake, Bargara within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
To design, implement and evaluate a variety of recreational, diversional and social activities to improve or maintain the physical and mental function of the residents.
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable)

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $82,130 p.a., comprising salary between $68,471 - $71,983 p.a., or salary rates $34.53 - $36.30 p.h. (p/t) employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
