Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the Queensland Health rostering solution and workforce management system workarounds and progress approvals to the internal committees.
  • Manage and assess logged issues and liaise with stakeholders to solve problems and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness.
  • Lead the transition of system enhancements and fixes from the release environment into the production environment (including testing) in a seamless manner; understand the impact of changes to employee pay outcomes and providing heightened support.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for functional and solution responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in system analysis, solution configuration, second level support, and the implementation of solution change control processes and project activities.
  • Demonstrated high level ability to analyse business requirements and solve system problems to provide innovative solutions to business requirements.
