The Director, Talent and Organisational Development provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of contemporary workforce functions across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, ensuring high‑quality, integrated workforce support. The role delivers expert advice on recruitment, workforce planning, governance, and future‑focused workforce design, while leading organisational and capability development initiatives that drive high performance, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs and student pathways such as scholarships, traineeships, and cadetships.
