About the role
Support clinical research within the Older Persons Emergency Network (OPEN), working with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate studies, engage participants, and contribute to research delivery, training, and quality improvement activities.
Key accountabilities
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of clinical research, audits, and trials within OPEN
• Support participant screening, recruitment, enrolment, follow-up, and data collection activities
• Contribute to research governance compliance, documentation, and maintenance of databases
• Provide education, training, and support to clinicians and stakeholders involved in research activities
• Collaborate with the Nurse Researcher and multidisciplinary team to develop protocols, ethics submissions, and publications
