About the role

We are recruiting three (3) FTE HP3 Occupational Therapists into newly established rotational positions in Metro North Community and Oral Health. The positions are designed for clinicians who are agile, confident and motivated by variety and innovation.

These dynamic roles rotate across diverse community and sub‑acute caseloads, including:

• Community‑Based Rehabilitation (Caboolture, Redcliffe, North Lakes, Chermside)
• Deliver goal‑directed, client‑centred rehabilitation focused on functional independence and participation.
• Hospital in the Home / GEMITH
• Provide functional and home‑based assessments for adults with complex medical and frailty‑related needs following acute episodes.
• COH‑Wide Leave Reliever
• Support OT teams across services and locations, requiring flexibility, strong clinical judgement and excellent time management.

Caseloads may include sub‑acute inpatient rehabilitation, rapid community assessment and home‑visiting programs—offering breadth, challenge and accelerated professional growth.
