About the role
Lead the management of complex employee conduct matters, investigations and public interest disclosures to support integrity and compliance across Metro North.
Key accountabilities
• Provide expert advice on complex employee conduct matters, corrupt conduct and public interest disclosures
• Lead and manage investigations, complaint assessments and review processes in line with legislative requirements
• Liaise with external agencies including CCC, Queensland Ombudsman, OHO and QPS on sensitive matters
• Prepare high level investigation reports, briefings and correspondence for executive stakeholders and the Board
• Deliver misconduct prevention, education and capability activities while supervising Ethical Standards Unit staff
