Your new role:
This is a pivotal executive leadership opportunity to shape and lead a contemporary Procurement and Supply Chain function that directly supports safe, high-quality and sustainable healthcare delivery.
In this role, you will translate strategy into action, driving performance, innovation and value across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across procurement, supply chain, contracts, purchasing and business improvement
- Driving a forward-looking, outcomes-focused procurement agenda aligned to organisational priorities and government policy
- Leading digital enablement, data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring strong governance, supply chain resilience, and sustainable financial and environmental outcomes
About you:
You are an experienced executive leader with a strong track record in procurement and supply chain within complex, regulated environments. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven success leading large-scale procurement and supply chain functions, delivering value and organisational impact
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategy, manage risk and drive sustainable outcomes
- The ability to lead change, build high-performing teams and foster an inclusive, values-driven culture
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate at senior levels across government and industry
