About the role
Temporary opportunity to provide specialised Implementation research skills and services to support conduct of the MATCH pilot and feasibility randomised controlled trial conducted in the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Screening Clinic and Multi-disciplinary Service (MPSC & MDS).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Apply high level clinical service delivery knowledge of MPSC & MDS across multiple sites and services state-wide to inform MATCH trial activities.
- Provide specialised support for the conduct of the complex, MATCH pilot and feasibility trial (appropriate recruitment, selection and enrolment of participants , data management, research protocol, and study-specific procedure) with the priority of patient safety and in accordance with, the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH)/ Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations, the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research, Standard Operating Procedures, national guidelines and the Queensland Health Research Management Policy and Framework for ethical review and research governance.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse array of health professionals, service managers, research partners and relevant stakeholders internal and external to Queensland Health (eg. Universities, MPSC & MDS Program Management, MATCH pilot sites, MPSC & MDS services statewide, MATCH investigators and project staff) to enhance person centred care, and build strong research, quality improvement and service partnerships that optimise implementation of MATCH interventions.
