About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide expert clinical leadership and expertise at an advanced level, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based patient care that aligns with organisational goals.
The CNC MetaVision Site coordinator serves as an advisory resource fostering collaborative relationships within the multidisciplinary team to promote best practices in the dynamic field of Intensive Care. This role also involves active participation in state and national networks focused on Intensive Care Clinical Information Systems, contributing to the advancement of clinical informatics and the enhancement of patient care outcomes.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Advanced level of clinical knowledge, expertise and skills in managing intensive care patients.
- Advanced level of knowledge, expertise and skills in change management.
- Ability to work autonomously and provide independent professional judgement and expertise in problem solving and clinical management within a complex, fast paced clinical environment.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply quality assurance processes including participation in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
