The Role
As a Client Service Officer, your primary purpose is to contribute to the delivery of customer focussed payroll service to clients of Queensland Health through payroll and related administrative processes and systems.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and senior leadership in relation to administrative activities and projects.
- Coordinate and monitor Service Centre Manager Service Delivery emails, meetings. Form submissions, calendar and bookings.
- Coordinate and collate responses and data gathering activities and return to various stakeholders from across the service centre ensuring timeframes are met on behalf of the Manager Service Delivery.
- Assist with the preparation and bookings of meetings, workshops and presentations, and undertake secretariat functions for the Service Centre Leadership Team.
- Liaise with other areas of the organisation to co-ordinate car and car park bookings, building access cards, mobile phone access and transfers, PC/Laptop and printer maintenance, phone technology, contact lists and administrative registers.
