The Manager, Workforce Wellbeing provides high-level specialist expertise to design and deliver programs that directly and indirectly support staff health, safety, and wellbeing. The role also provides expert advice on the management, coordination, and integration of strategically aligned wellbeing initiatives.

- Salary range: $144,991 to $151,289 p.a. (HP5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
The Manager, Workforce Wellbeing is responsible for the development and implementation of an evidence-based Workforce Wellbeing Program encompassing physical, mental, social, financial, and workplace wellbeing.
The role leads the research, identification, and implementation of preventative programs that support a positive workplace culture, improve health, safety and wellbeing outcomes, and promote active employee participation in self-care, wellbeing initiatives, and events.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia is mandatory (National Accreditation and Regulation Law 2009).
- Postgraduate training and/or significant clinical experience in an area of Psychology relevant to the position is required. Area of practice endorsement in a relevant area of Psychology highly desirable.
- Highly Desirable: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a large diverse healthcare or government organisations.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
