What your day could look like
As a Department Support Officer, you'll play a critical role in supporting senior leadership and enabling teams to deliver high-quality health services. From managing priorities in a fast-paced environment to keeping communication flowing, your contribution helps ensure patients and communities receive responsive, well-coordinated care.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Coordinating schedules, communication, and priorities so leadership can focus on delivering impact
- Building strong relationships and providing timely support to staff and external partners
- Managing correspondence and information with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
- Supporting meetings and initiatives that drive better outcomes across the service
