We're excited to welcome an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to our Gastroenterology Procedure Suites team.

The ANUM's role is to practice autonomously and provide leadership in clinical decision making. They have the responsibility for professional leadership, leading practice changes, clinical innovation, and management in collaboration with the Nurse Grade 7 (NG7).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Use evidence-based clinical practice to facilitate positive outcomes for recipients of healthcare services.
- Monitor quality activities against agreed standards and initiate the development of quality benchmarks to measure service performance and outcomes for recipients of healthcare services.
- Provide support, guidance, mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promote cooperation and collaborative teamwork.
- Maintain the safety of recipients of healthcare services by identifying risk and undertaking safe work activities within the clinical practice environment.
Remuneration value up to $149 245 p.a., comprising salary between $128 117 - $130 806 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (2).
