About the role
Provide frontline support and administration for the _my_HR workflow system, acting as a key contact for employees and managers. Deliver expert advice, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure efficient workflow processes across Metro North Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide accurate advice and support on _my_HR workflow processes via phone, Teams, and face-to-face engagement
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot workflow activities, including managing escalations and resolving system issues
- Liaise with corporate system support teams and Payroll to maintain business continuity and service delivery
- Review and validate system access requests and maintain reporting requirements
- Support system improvements and deliver information sessions to stakeholders
