Your new role:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality Emergency Medicine services within a busy and well-supported Tier 1 Emergency Department.

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department under the supervision of Senior Medical Officers and Emergency Consultants
  • Assess, investigate and manage emergency presentations while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support, supervise and guide junior medical staff and students within a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
  • Participate in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, education, research and ongoing professional development opportunities

About you:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate medical professional who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care and contributing positively to team culture.

  • Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise and sound decision-making skills within Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
  • A commitment to continuous learning, mentoring junior staff and contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
