About the role:
- Take charge of the Rostering Support Office, supporting a high performing, people first team to deliver excellent rostering and workforce management support across both Central Queensland and Central West Hospital and Health Services.
- Drive outstanding data integrity while building strong, supportive relationships with line managers - ensuring rosters are accurate, smart, and actually work for our frontline teams.
- Provide expert guidance, ongoing training, and high-level support to clinical and non-clinical staff, while spotting and implementing smarter ways of working, system enhancements, and better business processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities, maintain compliance, coordinate system upkeep, work closely with payroll, and help create a positive, safe, and high-performing workplace every single day.
About you:
- Although not mandatory, knowledge or strong experience with rostering systems such as Workbrain and/or myHR and previous working experience with payroll or time and attendance in a large, complex service delivery environment is highly desirable.
- You excel at coordinating services and delivering high-quality support in busy, diverse settings, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels and disciplines.
- You thrive working independently on complex tasks, quickly spotting issues, analysing problems, and implementing smart solutions with initiative and confidence.
- You naturally foster positive relationships and a collaborative culture, while supporting great customer service and continuous improvement across Central Queensland and Central West.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $11,249 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $54.83 - $59.66 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
