We're excited to welcome a Administration Coordinator to our Medical Directorate Endoscopy team.

This position operationally and professionally manages, supervises, coordinates and supports a team of administrative staff and performs a range of administration functions to ensure consistent and high-quality services in clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high level administrative management and supervision of administrative staff within Endoscopy at Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Nambour General Hospital.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of workforce management strategies and initiatives to facilitate the effective utilisation of human resources.
- Planning and organising skilled staff to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and to relevant guidelines.
- Manage professional standards for administrative services by resolving day to day operational issues relating to procedures and staff within the team.
Remuneration value up to $117 603 p.a., comprising salary between $3586.00 - $3950.80 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 6 months).
