Your Opportunity

TAFE Queensland, Brisbane Region is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Trainee for a temporary full-time position within our Human Resources Team based at our South Bank campus. This 12-month role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and acquire valuable skills.

As a Customer Service Trainee, you will:

• Proactively engage with customers across the business to resolve issues, gain product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn new skills.

• Work alongside experienced staff to develop strong communication skills, contribute to team success, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

During your traineeship you will complete studies in Certificate III in Business and participate in placement opportunities within both the Educational Delivery and Corporate Services teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of TAFE Queensland's work practices, policies, and procedures.

This role is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation for your career while contributing to the success of TAFE Queensland.

This is a 12 month opportunity, commencing on 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2027. 

This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources (Operations).

Salary

The salary for this position starts at $33,850.98 (gross) per annum plus superannuation (under the age of 21).

Highly Desirable

 Candidates who possess the following will be highly regarded:

• Queensland Certificate of Education

• Possession of a “C” Class Queensland Driver’s Licence.
