About the role
Support evaluation of an innovative statewide Nuclear Medicine workforce program, applying advanced analytical and project skills. Lead development of evaluation frameworks, coordinate governance processes, and deliver evidence to inform workforce planning and future service delivery.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Lead the design and delivery of evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and reporting for a complex health workforce initiative
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to produce high-quality insights and evidence for decision-making
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including health services, education providers, and partners to support evaluation activities
- Coordinate governance, ethics, and approval processes to enable project delivery across multiple settings
- Develop tools, processes, and documentation to support sustainable data collection and ongoing evaluation
