About the role
Lead the implementation and evaluation of an innovative anti-racism intervention within healthcare, supporting translation of research into practice. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and communities to embed culturally safe approaches and drive sustainable system-wide improvements.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Lead implementation and evaluation of anti-racism initiatives, ensuring effective translation into clinical practice and policy
- Build strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, stakeholders, and partners to support culturally safe outcomes
- Provide strategic leadership, coordination, and advice to drive collaboration and system-wide change
- Develop and oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting frameworks to demonstrate impact and support continuous improvement
- Lead co-design, cultural advocacy, and mentoring activities to build capability and embed anti-racism practices across services
