About the role
Deliver high-level clinical psychology services within an adult mental health team, providing evidence-based assessment, intervention, and leadership. Support consumers with complex mental health needs while contributing to multidisciplinary care and service improvement.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide advanced psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for complex mental health presentations
- Deliver high-level risk assessment, care planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support consumer recovery
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and education to junior psychologists and students
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support integrated care and service delivery
- Contribute to quality improvement, research, and development of innovative mental health services
