About the role
Provide evidence-based nursing care within the Medication Assisted Team, delivering patient-centred care for individuals accessing alcohol and drug services. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and optimise health outcomes.

- Deliver high-quality nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgement and intervention skills
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and coordinated care delivery
- Provide education to patients and families to support independence and recovery
- Contribute to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development
