Your new role:
Lead the Metro South Health DFV Specialist Workforce Program by designing and delivering innovative education and capability-building initiatives that strengthen frontline responses across all levels of care. You will provide senior leadership to a multidisciplinary DFV workforce stream, supervise key clinical roles, and drive system-wide reform through strategic workforce development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration.
Operating under broad direction of executive leadership, you will advance interprofessional practice, improve service integration, and embed evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to DFV care.
Through strong influence, partnership-building, and program evaluation, you will ensure alignment with reform priorities and deliver meaningful, measurable improvements in DFV outcomes across the health system.
About you:
You are an experienced health professional and leader with a strong background in workforce capability building, education design, and cross-sector collaboration, committed to improving responses and outcomes for people experiencing Domestic and Family Violence across complex health systems. You will:
- Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of DFV workforce capability, education and training programs across diverse clinical settings
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across health services and DFV sector stakeholders to enable coordinated, system-wide responses
- Provide expert advice, reporting, and strategic input to support DFV reform, service planning, and program performance outcomes
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to drive service redesign, innovation, and improved models of care
- Lead change, influence stakeholders, and support a culture of interprofessional collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement
