About the role:
As an Allied Health – Advanced (General Medicine) clinician, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and specialist expertise across a diverse and complex patient population. Working alongside medical, nursing and allied health colleagues, you will support high-quality care across acute, sub-acute and rehabilitation settings, mentor clinicians, lead service improvement initiatives and contribute to innovative models of care that improve patient outcomes across Central Queensland.
About you:
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Social Worker with current registration or professional membership in your respective discipline. You bring advanced clinical expertise, sound judgement and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with complex needs. You enjoy working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, mentoring others and driving service improvement initiatives. Your leadership skills, commitment to evidence-based practice and ability to influence positive change will see you thrive in this rewarding role.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
