About the role
The Director Performance and Reporting will lead the implementation and ongoing development of the HHS Performance Management Framework and the production of timely and relevant performance management information across a broad spectrum of indicators. This position will be responsible to establish and enforce a framework for data integrity which ensures valid data metrics are accurate, consistent and relevant to inform high level business decisions for West Moreton Health (WMH).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Extensive management and organisational experience with a proven record of achieving business reporting, data and performance requirements in a large, complex and decentralised service delivery organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and expert knowledge relating to performance management and data integrity as they relate to WMH.
- Demonstrated ability to provide expert advice and lead investigations into complex dataset, and performance management activities including the identification of reasons for adverse variances and provide advice to Executives on methods of resolution or mitigation.
- Performance outcome orientated with the ability to translate strategic plans concepts into achievable implementation and outcomes.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to positively influence others in a significant environment of organisational transformation and performance accountability.
