Property & Leasing and assists with coordinating the optimal use of CHQ property, parking, expenditure leases and a range of occupancy licences and management agreements including precinct wide car parking. This position coordinates centrally with broader facilities and Community teams whilst maintaining statewide property and facilities services for CHQ.

About the Role

In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:

  • Facilitate, refine and manage systems, policies and procedures to support the effective management of the property, leasing and accommodation program within current funding and planning, and in alignment with the clinical and non-clinical needs of the organisation, including detailed understanding of the S/4 Hana enterprise solution (particularly the real estate property module)
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, particularly with clinical divisions, throughout the property lifecycle and administer appropriate communication strategies that ensure stakeholders understand their responsibilities associated with property and leasing
  • Provide advice and support to the Manager, Property, Facilities & Leasing with respect to the property, leasing and accommodation portfolio.
  • Update and data entry into S4 Hana Real Estate Module, leases and invoices.
  • Provide advice and support to Principal Property Officer with respect to property, leasing, Furniture Fittings and Equipment and maintenance escalations.
