About the role
Temporary flexible full-time opportunity to lead and influence RBWH clinical and support networks, delivering strategic initiatives and project management outcomes that support service continuity. The role focuses on coordinating organisational change, applying quality improvement methodologies, and providing high-level advice, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective delivery of complex projects within a dynamic healthcare environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Support the RBWH in addressing complex organisational issues as part of an end to end process using a quality improvement framework
- Project manage clinical improvements in a complex clinical service delivery setting
- Implement and manage organisational change and organisational effectiveness initiatives throughout the RBWH
- Communicate effectively via all mediums with staff at all levels with a key focus on negotiation, influence and change management
