About the role
Provide high-level administrative and correspondence support to the Office of the Chief Executive, managing the flow of sensitive and complex communication. Ensure accurate, timely processing of correspondence while supporting executive operations and stakeholder engagement.
About you

- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Analyse, prioritise, and allocate correspondence requests while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality responses that meet executive and government expectations
- Provide advice and support on records management, administrative processes, and correspondence systems
- Maintain confidentiality while effectively managing competing priorities and workflow demands
