Your new role:
Join Bayside Health Service as an Enrolled Nurse working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a medical/surgical ward. You will apply and build your clinical knowledge while supporting patients with a range of conditions including respiratory, endocrine, stroke, dementia and geriatric care. This role focuses on safe practice, teamwork, continuous learning, and quality improvement aligned with NSQHS standards to achieve positive patient outcomes.
About you:
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, person-centred care in a collaborative medical/surgical environment while continuing to build your clinical capability and professional practice.
- Holds current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with demonstrated foundational clinical skills
- Confident in delivering patient-centred care under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Midwife
- Demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and a respectful, empathetic approach to care
- Committed to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and maintaining a safe clinical environment
- Actively engages in learning and development to build expertise in acute medical/surgical nursing care (including respiratory, endocrine, stroke and aged care)
