Your new role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional to lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality, client-focused support services within the Specialty Outpatients Department.

• Lead and support the administrative team to ensure efficient daily operations, high service standards, and a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate administrative systems, communication workflows, clinic template changes, and reporting processes to support effective service delivery.
• Monitor data integrity, KPI performance, and quality improvement initiatives while escalating operational issues as required.

About you:

You are a proactive and organised administration leader with a strong commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated experience leading administrative teams, including staff supervision, performance management, and supporting recruitment activities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• High attention to detail with experience in data validation, reporting, process improvement, and maintaining accurate administrative systems.

Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital:

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.

We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
