Your new role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to provide advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy services within emergency and primary care settings across Bayside Health Service. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while driving innovation, education and service improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver specialist-level emergency and primary care musculoskeletal physiotherapy services with a high degree of clinical autonomy.
  • Lead the development of clinical practices, protocols and innovative models of care within emergency physiotherapy services.
  • Provide expert clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to Physiotherapists, allied health assistants and students.
  • Contribute to service improvement, research, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

About you:

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative clinician with advanced emergency or musculoskeletal physiotherapy expertise and a passion for leadership and innovation in healthcare.

  • Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in emergency and primary care physiotherapy with strong patient-centred care capabilities.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership, mentoring and professional support to multidisciplinary teams and less experienced clinicians.
  • Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in innovative or alternative models of care.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, research and evidence-based practice, with the ability to lead service development and quality initiatives.
