Your new role:
As the Senior Director Support Officer, you will provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Service Line Director and broader leadership team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through effective coordination, communication and stakeholder management by:
- Managing complex electronic diaries, appointments, correspondence and executive documentation
- Providing high-level secretarial support including agendas, minutes and meeting coordination
- Supervising and supporting AO3 Director Support Officers and monitoring workflow priorities
- Coordinating interprofessional events, education sessions and planning activities
- Managing consumer complaints processes and preparing professional responses within required timeframes
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across the service line
- Maintaining accurate office systems, records management and reporting processes
- Supporting recruitment activities and broader executive operational priorities as required
About you:
You are a highly organised and proactive administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and can confidently manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion, with:
- Demonstrated experience providing executive or high-level administrative support
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, diary management and office systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce professional documentation
- Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving capability in complex environments
- Experience within healthcare or a large, complex organisation highly regarded
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams
