Your new role:
Join Macleay Ward as a Registered Nurse delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will be accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centred care while applying clinical judgement and critical thinking to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role supports continuous professional development from graduate to highly skilled RN level, with a strong focus on quality improvement, safety, and adherence to NSQHS standards. You'll contribute to clinical leadership, patient education, and a culture of reflective practice, teamwork, and excellence in care delivery.
About you:
You are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgement and a commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, person-centred care in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. You will have:
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, safe and compassionate nursing care
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, planning, implementation and evaluation skills
- Committed to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and patient safety standards (NSQHS)
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team with professionalism and integrity
- Engaged in ongoing learning and professional development to grow clinical capability and expertise
