💬About the role 

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of quality, cost effective, patient/client/resident centred nursing care in consultation with other members of the health care team and in accordance with Australia's National competency standards for registered nurse. They provide best practice nursing care in assessment and treatment of complex patients/clients/residents to promote, maintain and improve their health, functional ability and quality of life. They are a key member of the multidisciplinary team, planning and evaluating nursing care and providing clinical supervision and nursing leadership as required. Assumes individual accountability for actions within the position.
