Your new role:
Reporting to the Director of Allied Health, you will:
- Lead and support allied health workforce development and redesign initiatives
- Develop, implement and evaluate innovative models of care and service delivery
- Partner with stakeholders across hospital, community and primary care settings
- Contribute to strategic planning, research, governance and service improvement
- Provide high-level project advice, reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Support interprofessional collaboration and organisational transformation initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work across complex and impactful projects that strengthen allied health capability, patient flow and connected care outcomes across Metro South Health.
About you:
We are looking for a collaborative and innovative allied health professional who demonstrates:
- Advanced knowledge of contemporary allied health practice and service delivery models
- Experience leading workforce, redesign or service improvement initiatives
- High-level stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong project management, analytical and organisational capability
- The ability to lead change and influence outcomes within complex healthcare environments.
