What you'll do
In the Manager, Service Agreement Support role, you will lead and coordinate key branch priorities and programs, provide strategic advice and high-quality reporting to support decision-making, analyse and interpret complex operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver service agreement outcomes and drive continuous improvement across the health system.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Extensive management and organisational experience with a proven record of achievement at a senior level in a large, complex, decentralised service delivery organisation.
- Strong ability to analyse, interrogate and interpret complex data, detect emerging trends, and reconcile different data from diverse sources to produce meaningful information and credible advice for defined purposes, including advanced Microsoft Office skills (at minimum advanced Excel capabilities such as pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas) and, ideally, PowerBi development skills.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, health system operations, legislation and policy, health funding and performance frameworks, and the ability to translate and apply this in a meaningful way to support HHS commissioning and performance management.
- Advanced and proven ability in managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines to deliver critical organisational outcomes through effective coordination, consultation communication and exercising initiative to optimise strategic and operational performance.
- Ability to communicate to the highest standards, producing time-critical, complex and sensitive written correspondence and reports, as well as preparing, and delivering presentations and verbal communications on topics which are complex and contentious to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, working across internal and external operational and executive stakeholders.
