Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver advanced respiratory nursing care to patients with complex acute and chronic health needs while providing clinical leadership, education, and care coordination within the multidisciplinary team. Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will support high-quality, person-centred care, drive clinical excellence, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and play a key role in shaping innovative models of care within the newly established inpatient unit.
About you:
You are a confident and compassionate Clinical Nurse with advanced respiratory nursing expertise, strong clinical leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a dynamic acute healthcare environment. You will have:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in respiratory nursing care
- Proven ability to manage complex patient care and clinical priorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and safe care
- Ability to support innovation, patient flow, and evolving models of care
