About the role
Provide patient-centred nursing care as an Enrolled Nurse within the Patient Flow Relief Pool, supporting services across the hospital. Work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based care and contribute to optimal patient outcomes.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver delegated nursing care activities in collaboration with registered nurses and the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to patient assessment, care planning, and evaluation within scope of practice
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns to supervising staff
- Work collaboratively across different clinical areas to support safe and effective patient flow
- Maintain professional standards, communication, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
